92.1 GO FM, CHOD is a must in eastern Ontario for the simple reason that it is the only francophone station in Ontario to serve Hawksbury as well as Casselman and Cornwall in the United Counties of Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry (SDG) and Prescott-Russell. Directly reaching a population of just over 200,000 people, CHOD-FM has the power to reach 100,000 bilingual listeners and 78,000 francophones of origin. As a comparison, this is equivalent to the populations of Trois-Rivières (100,000) and Drummondville (78,000) in terms of an audience that has an attachment and identifies with the French language.

Francophone media are of prime importance to Franco-Ontarians who wish to maintain their culture and learn about their community. That’s exactly what CHOD-FM provides, with information rooted in the daily lives of the citizens of  Hawksbury, Casselman, Cornwall and the surrounding areas.
